New Ford Commercial Vehicles for 2021

One new commercial model for this year is the Ford F-550 Super Duty Chassis cab. It will deliver the capability of a Class 5 package, giving commercial fleets that carry additional payload or mount heavier upfits without needing a bigger truck. 

The Ford E-350 Cutaway is also getting some changes for this year. This model and several others that include the stripped chassis with the OEM 7.3-liter V8 gasoline engine can be fitted with a gas fuel prep package. This package makes for upgraded valvetrain components that are better suited for high temperatures and lower lubricity.

For the Future

For 2022, Ford has announced an all-electric Ford Transit commercial van, and we can’t wait to see more about what that will look like in the coming months. It is expected to come in cargo, cutaway, and chassis cab versions in three roof heights and three body lengths. 

2021 models such as the 2021 Ford F-550 Super Duty chassis cab are available for order now, and we can expect more info on the 2022 F-750 and E-Series models in January 2021. Come see us in Blair to start building your fleet.
